Single donor means that each bundle comes from one specific donor. Generally speaking, single donor hair is pure and kept in its natural state. No two bundles will ever look the same. Expect each bundle to slightly vary in texture and color. This is an indication that you are dealing with true unprocessed human hair. Despite the variations, you can expect your bundles to blend together seamlessly creating a natural flawless look.

Human hair has no expiry date. If you take care of it as it is your own natural hair, and if its kept unprocessed, it will last you a very long time. ​

CO-wash the hair using warm water and a sulfate-free conditionner AS SOON as you receive the hair. Always rince the hair using cold water so that the moisture locks within the hair folicule. Never detangle the hair when dry. Spritz hair with water and then finger detangle it.

The hair needs moisture since it has been removed from the human scalp. You must co-wash the hair once a week and moisturize every day.

Although our prices may be expensive compared to some Aliexpress hair companies or other hair purchased at local beauty supply stores, BBH is still considered an unexpensive brand compared to other big brands selling Raw hair on the market. Think about it as an investment that will last you for years *Please note that REAL RAW hair is never under 150-200$ USD per bundle, as it is very expensive to source and rare per its nature. If you are buying Raw hair below that price range, you most likely are not buying raw hair, but a mixture of fibers and other unwanted substances.

Each bundle is unique (Single donor). Therefore, there might be a slight variation in color ranging from #1B “Natural darkest brown” to #2 “Natural light brown”.
We will certainly do our best to color match the bundles within the same order, but variations may still occur.
Please not that you can always acheive your desired color by using box dyes.

Yes. However, bleaching & Lightning the hair (if not done properly) can alter the overall quality of your investment. If you do not have experience with coloring hair, we always suggest you consult a professional stylist. After coloring the hair, we suggest keeping the hair hydrated by deep conditioning and moisturizing the hair following the color change & on a regular basis.

Split ends guaranties the integrity and authenticity of our extensions. Most native Indians do not trim their ends. It is therefore suggested to cut split ends as you receive the hair to prevent it to split up even more.
